S. Jakarta SDA Sub-dept. Rebuild Aselih Reservoir

South Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-dept. rebuilds Aselih Reservoir that was previously damaged on Jl. Aselih, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

This 4,000 square meters Aselih Reservoir is rebuild because it was previously damaged

South Jakarta SDA Sub-dept. Development Section Head, Didi Sugandhi mentioned, his side uses public auction system and selected third party will build this reservoir.

"This 4,000 square meters Aselih Reservoir is rebuild because it was previously damaged," he stated Friday (10/5).

Aselih Embung Dredging Process Reached 30 Percent

He explained, construction has been started since September 13 and it will be finished on December 15.

Before construction, his side dredged and cleaned up the reservoir from mud sedimentation. Now, his side installs reservoir's retaining wall.

Not only rebuild the reservoir, his side will also build jogging track on its side and beautify it with park and park bench.

"This park's function is not only used to hold water, but also as public facility," he added.

Jagakarsa Sub-district Secretary, Mundari said, his side will remind residents to take care and maintain this public facility.

"We hope residents can utilize and maintain this public facility well," he expressed.
